Yi Yuan

Yi joined Professor Bruce’s group in October 2020 as a DPhil student under the co-supervision of Dr. Alex Robertson. Her research project focuses on understanding the degradation mechanisms of Li metal anode via in-situ electron microscopy.

Before joining the group, Yi attained her MSc in Chemistry from the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology of Chinese Academy of Science and Beihang University. Her prior research mainly focused on the thermal catalysis based on MOF materials.
